For 78 years, Shrader Tire & Oil has been more than a tire and oil service provider — we’ve been a neighbor. From our Ohio locations in Columbus, Lima, Heath, Perrysburg, and Toledo, to our Michigan and Indiana stores, we’ve built our business one community at a time.

This April, we’re marking our 78th anniversary the way it feels right: by giving back.

From April 1st through April 19th, every Shrader Tire & Oil location across Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana will be collecting essential personal hygiene items for local shelters and nonprofits. Every donation stays in the community where it was dropped off — no exceptions.

Why Hygiene? Why Now?

Personal care items like toothpaste, shampoo, and diapers are among the most needed yet least donated items at local shelters. They aren’t covered by food assistance programs, and for families in crisis they’re often the first thing to go. As a company that serves the hardworking people of Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana every day, we wanted our anniversary celebration to reflect what we actually believe: that business and community go hand in hand.
